What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
All customers in the EU receive free shipping. For countries outside the EU, there is a €7.00 shipping fee, such as Norway or Switzerland.

What exactly happens after ordering?
After we have received your order, we will put together your keychain and engrave the text you have chosen on the leather. After that, your order will be packed and shipped.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, while you complete your order, you have to fill out a formular with your data. Ater paying, we will send you your invoice to your E-Mail.
